Easter Raffle
Pupil Council will be selling raffle tickets all of next week to win this fabulous Easter hamper! Tickets are 20p and all funds will be going towards our Summer Treat! (More to come on that in the next few weeks...)

Surprise in the mail...
At today's Pupil Council meeting we were surprised to receive a letter from Macmillan, thanking us for our incredible donation of £1190! They also sent us a certificate to acknowledge our fabulous achievement.

New Playground Markings
Last year, both the Pupil Council and Eco Committee met with Mrs Thomas to come up with some ideas for playground markings. These have recently been painted and make the playground look fab!

The Scottish Poppy Appeal
Our fabulous Pupil Council will be going round the classes all of next week with poppies to raise funds for the Scottish Poppy Appeal. Any donations are welcome.

Macmillan Coffee Morning
On Thursday the 21st of October, Pupil Council and Primary 4/5 hosted our annual coffee morning to raise money for Macmillan. Family and friends were invited into the school to enjoy a hot cup of tea or coffee and to buy cakes from our home baking stalls. The children from Pupil Council organised a raffle and two guessing games to raise additional funds. Before the coffee morning, the Pupil Council set themselves a target of raising £1000 (making more than last year's total of £903). We are pleased to announce that thanks to the kind donations from staff, children, family and friends, Linnvale Primary raised an incredible £1,190!
